Palwinder, Principal Conveyancer
Palwinder is the Principal Conveyancer at Astral PROPERTY CONVEYANCING (APC). Palwinder is member of Australian Institute of Coveyancers and PEXA.
She achived her Masters in accounting degree from Central Queensland university in 2010
Palwinder began her career as Conveyancing Paralegal and completed her studies of Conveyancing Law and Practice from Macquarie university.
She has gained a thorough knowledge and enhanced her skills of conveyancing while working with project home builders and developers. Palwinder expertise in sales and purchase of units, townhouse, strata buildings, houses and Off-plan contracts. she has Exceptional time management skills and the ability to priorities appropriate tasks which builds great relationship with clients over years.
Kamaljit Arora
Kamaljit Arora looks after the marketing and client relation development at Astral PROPERTY CONVEYANCING. Kamaljit is the Principal Strata Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Penrith), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) New South Wales.
Prior to joining Ace Body Corporate Management, Kamaljit had been in Marketing and service industry for more than 26 years.
Kamaljit is associated with Australian Property industry since 2010 onwards as an owner and investor in properties giving him better understanding for the best results for his clients. Kamaljit’s strong communication and negotiating skills has always been beneficial to the clients.
